✓Acceptance. By participating in this Program in any way — connecting a wallet, earning points, referring others, or completing any action — you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not participate.
⛔Program cap — 200,000,000 points. The airdrop pool is finite. The moment the Program reaches a cumulative 200,000,000 points across all participants, earning stops and the Program closes. This is because the AEREDIUM tokenomics authorize the distribution of 20,000,000 AERX in airdrops prior to exchange listing — and at the fixed 10 points = 1 AERX rate, 200,000,000 points converts to exactly that 20,000,000 AERX. Points validly earned before the cap is reached are settled at listing under these Terms.
1Anti-cheating. Any cheating, sybil/multi-wallet farming, bots, fake referrals, spoofed engagement or manipulation results in forfeiture of all points and permanent disqualification.
2Program may change or end. AEREDIUM may modify, suspend or withdraw this program at any time. Changes are not applied retroactively — points already validly earned are not reduced by a later change.
3ZK Pass KYC required. Privacy-preserving KYC via ZK Pass is a prerequisite to receive any AERX. Points can be earned beforehand, but unverified participants receive nothing at conversion.
4StablePro Wallet only. Points and AERX exist solely in a verified StablePro Wallet. Disconnecting forfeits all points; rejoining starts at zero.
5Channel clawback. Leaving X, Telegram or Discord forfeits points earned in that channel. If a referred friend leaves, that referral's points are clawed back.
6Earning days. Points accrue only during designated earning days, announced on official channels. No accrual outside those windows.
7Listing-day snapshot. Points must be active on listing day; they are snapshotted and converted at 10 points = 1 AERX. Converted AERX follows the airdrop vesting schedule.
8Eligibility & jurisdictions. One verified human per person. Residents of sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, and anyone using a VPN to bypass geo-controls are excluded.
9Purpose — to power the ecosystem. Points are non-transferable and carry no cash value on their own. Once converted to AERX, their intended use is to pay gas fees and deploy smart contracts on the AEREDIUM chain — the primary purpose of this Program: to build and foster a thriving AEREDIUM ecosystem. AERX is a utility token, not a security or a promise of return. You may sell AERX on the open market after vesting, but that is not the purpose of the Program. Nothing here is financial advice.
10Caps, taxes & final decision. Per-action caps apply. Recipients are responsible for their own taxes. AEREDIUM's eligibility and anti-fraud decisions are final, and the full Terms govern in case of conflict with this summary.
